We’re offering a variety of small group classes, as well as privates and duets.
If you’re new to us, please start by emailing Shawn to get registered. Already a part of our community? Schedule your next class and/or make a purchase by going to our scheduler page. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a Zoom invite with your class confirmation and reminder emails.
Invite emails for all classes will be sent to those who reserve a spot in our schedule at least 1hr prior to class. For all online privates and duets please contact us at email@example.com.
STRONG Pilates -
Betsy will take you through a vigorous Pilates exercise based lunchtime workout. Come find out how strong you really are with this athletic paced balance focused workout. No cheating allowed, this is a class for the experienced only! Wednesdays @ 12pm
Betsy’s Morning Mat:
Shake of the rust from the night before and wake up in this high energy class. No props are needed, just a mat and your great attitude! This is an all level class so newcomers are welcome! Mondays @ 10am and Fridays @ 9:30am.
Stretch & Row! -
Clean off that dusty rowing machine in your basement! Now go grab a mat and yoga belt and lets ROW! We row through some drills and intervals, motivating each other and sprinkling in some Pilates principles on our stroke mechanics. Occasionally we'll get off to smell the flowers, do few mat exercises and stretch! If you'd like to join us but don't have a rower don't be shy, ask and we can rent you one!
Stretch & Tone! -
Leah weaves together a combination of Mat Pilates and low impact Barre exercises to get you on your feet and out of your chair! Sprinkle in some rejuvenating stretches for your hips/back area and you’ll be ready to engage the rest of your day with vigor! Leah welcomes all newcomers! Thursdays @ 12pm.
This is not a beginner’s only class! We dive into the driving principles of Pilates and how they're represented as a theme in each exercise and in the workout as a whole. This is an excellent class for those who are just starting out with Pilates Mat or looking to renew their understanding of the principles. Saturdays @ 10:30am
