How To Make a Delicious Spicy Chai (Mixed-spice tea)

As with most of our cooking, we tend to create dishes on the spot. Although we don't have a recipe with precise measurements for our Chai, we believe that if you play with it enough times you'll eventually find just the right mix of ingredients to suit your taste.

Stress Relief Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 cup organic kale or other rich leafy green
1 cup coconut water
1.5 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
1 Tablespoon Meyer's lemon juice ( substitute regular lemon juice, if needed)

Directions:

Blend greens and coconut water until smooth.

Apple-Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients:

1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
3 apples, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
2 1/2 cups chicken broth (may use vegetable broth if preferred)
1 sweet onion
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup whole milk plain yoghurt

Directions:

In a large pot combine all ingredients except yoghurt.
