Laura has a profound passion for teaching people how to move freely and correctly without pain or limitations. She has been practicing Pilates for nearly a decade and from her first experience with the method she has been impressed with its function not only as a mind/body discipline, but also for its capacity to create strength, balance, symmetry, body awareness and connection.
Laura is a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and Functional Movement Screening Practitioner who is particularly skilled at working with clients recovering from injuries. She strongly believes in the benefits of a dedicated Pilates practice for post-rehab and preventative measures to help limit the risk of injury and build greater strength and stability.
In addition to teaching, Laura is enthusiastic about holistic nutrition and wellness, and she uses her background in writing, marketing & communications to provide marketing and education exclusively for health and wellness companies.
Laura’s love of Pilates and its potential to empower people of all ages and stages of life has led her to discover much joy in supporting clients in achieving greater strength, vitality, and overall health that they previously thought impossible.
