Stress Relief Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup organic kale or other rich leafy green
1 cup coconut water
1.5 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
1 Tablespoon Meyer's lemon juice ( substitute regular lemon juice, if needed)

Directions:

Blend greens and coconut water until smooth. Then add pineapple and lemon juice. Enjoy!

Optional:

If you want a sweeter smoothie add a ripe banana or a few pitted dates!
